This is the part where I write in the third person as if I have a whole PR team creating my bio for me. Or I can just tell you a little bit about myself.

I reside in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and have been making documentary style films since kindergarten. Yes, kindergarten. It was for a class project where we had to create a booklet about the history of the town I grew up in, Manasquan, NJ. Instead I had my dad cart me around town with his VHS camera, as I interviewed the police chief, fire chief and librarian. It was a very, very good film.

Shortly after I started making skate videos on miniDV, followed by short films and eventually film school. I studied cinematography and graduated with a BFA from the School of Visual Arts in 2010.

Since then I have worked as a camera operator and DP on over 200 episodes of television. I’ve shot many short films, music videos, and a wide variety of branded content for advertising agencies and fortune 500 companies.

My style is very naturalistic, but deliberate and attentive. I strive to create powerful and emotive visuals that draw the audience into the story as it unfolds. This is my signature, but I am not beholden to it. I am always seeking to try new things, and grow creatively.

One day I will make a sequel to my very, very good kindergarten documentary.
